Great Family Treats at The Heritage Hotel Manila This June
Treat the whole family with great new food offerings at The Heritage Hotel Manila’s Restaurant Riviera and Lobby Lounge starting June 19.
Restaurant Riviera’s daily lunch and dinner buffet is not called “The Mother of All Buffets” for nothing. At same regular price of Php680.00 ++ (plus 10% service charge and applicable government tax), the buffet spread selection is now wider with the addition of popular Singapore Chili Crab, crispy Tempura and Pasta station. Truly a great value for money!
The chili crab is one of the popular “hawker” dishes in Singapore. The Heritage version is served in thick sauce mixed with bits of crab meat and crab fat giving a flavorful and spicy taste!
Tempura is, in many ways, an archetypal Japanese food loved so much by Filipino diners. All the essential qualities of Japanese cuisine are reflected in its
preparation by the hotel’s highly skilled Japanese chefs. The use of absolutely
fresh ingredients, the artful presentation, and the perfection of technique, the
result is one of the triumphs of Japanese cooking -- a fried food that is light and
fresh-tasting rather than heavy and greasy. It's a cooking style in which the
essence of the ingredient itself completely defines the taste.
The Pasta station, on the other hand, offers a wide variety according to diner’s taste and preference of other ingredients to go with it --- from meat to fish, vegetables to fruit. A pasta dish is prepared a la minute assuring quality, and is deliciously served with simple herb sauce.
Aside from these, there are other 80 regular items for the family to enjoy and they also include the mouth-watering Singapore-style suckling pig, roast duck, the popular wok a la minute, shabu-shabu and steaks.
Afternoons couldn’t be any better with the Afternoon A la Minute Dim Sum Buffet at the restaurant and Lobby Lounge. For only Php380 NET (inclusive of 10% service charge and applicable government tax), enjoy as much as you want of the famous special dim sums from the Hua Ting Cantonese Restaurant such as sharks fin dumpling, asparagus dumpling, spinach dumpling, chiuchow dumpling, hakaw, mantoh. East meets West with the rich mango crepe for dessert, prepared just the way the French does from the Bretagne region (west cost of France). These are complemented with one
FREE round of hot or cold coffee or tea.
This afternoon buffet is available daily from 3:00-5:00 p.m.
Heritage’s famous Halo-Halo Queen and Cappuccino King are back! Offered daily, cap a hearty meal with a large cup of cappuccino coffee concocted to perfection. Or, cool down with the all-time Filipino favorite dessert Halo-Halo served in a super globe filled with bountiful native preserves topped with ube ice cream.
