The Department of Tourism (DoT) is reportedly coming out with a book to promote the museums in Western Visayas.
Sumrah Rojo, curator of the museum here, said that the DoT regional office is expected to be at the Kalibo Museum Wednesday to document the museum.
The tourism agency is also set to visit other museums in the region. “The museum in Kalibo has been recently devastated by typhoon Frank. We are still trying to restore the content of the museum just like before,” Rojo said. (more…)
