The Davao Region is joining the World Tourism Day from September 16 to 18, spearheaded by the Department of Tourism (DoT).
DoT regional director Sonia Garcia said in line with the celebration, series of activities will be held, aimed at highlighting the various eco-tourism potentials of the region under the general theme of “Culture, Adventure and Nature.”
She said the events are designed to capture the growing market of young professionals and families. (more…)
