Melo Villareal is an online publisher and a travel photojournalist. Photography is his passion. His journeys have led him to more than 1,500 islands in the Philippines from the Batanes group of islands to Tawi-Tawi and the remote jungles of Babuyanes to indigenous rituals of Bukidnon. Specialized in travel photography, his personal work celebrates the living remnants of a vanishing past, with a focus on ritual and festivals, indigenous cultures, local heritage sites and of course pristine beaches.

Jocelyn Dimaculangan - A 25 year old gimikera balancing her career with my very active social life. Shes a non-conformist and a highly creative person. Enrico Dee is a twenty-something who simply enjoys life. He was born in Bacolod City, Negros Occidental, and took up BS Computer Science at the University of St. La Salle. By year 2003, he moved residence to Makati City, and finally got a job as a Technical Support Representative at SYKES Asia, Inc.

Karlo Licudine is a 20 year old Filipino student studying in the hectic and fast-paced world of Mapua Institute of Technology. A proud Filipino and a certified true-blooded student blogger. Karlo has a passion for the arts, both on canvas and on paper. For him, it doesn’t matter how or where you express yourself, as long as you express them to others. Art is nothing without an audience. Clare Amador is the founder of Youth Tourism Response – Philippines (YouthTRiP) , a youth organization that spreads love for the Philippines through travel and alternative education. Born in Manila, raised in Pangasinan with half of her ancestry from Bicol, she believes travel is one of the best ways to help this wonderful archipelago.

Gel Rivera, aside from nagging prospects to invest in Philippine’s prime real estates, juggles three reads at a time, vents intrinsic rage and cheesy moments through writing, propels sleazy and reflective thoughts in between naps, kills time by staring at people, tweaks texts and laptop, nourishes himself with creative urban noise or music, and escapes blissfully to his frequently-typhoon ravaged yet pristinely-tucked paradise in Burias Island. He has written for the world-class coffee table book “Ina and the Bikol People”, contributed for Simbahang Lingkod ng Bayan’s publication, and edited annuals and magazines.

Carrie A. Javier is a veteran free-lance travel writer. An affable and gregarious soul who loves writing and traveling, she considers God’s Absolute Gospel as her ultimate guide and inspiration in whatever she does. She also loves her country and prays that the Philippines will emerge as a truly progressive and stable nation in the near future. She hopes that through her articles, she could help promote the Philippines and its unique culture, people and events.

Annalyn Jusay, more popularly known as Ajay in the blogosphere, is a contributor and gadget reviewer for Manila Bulletin’s Technews. In March 2005, she started for MB her weekly column Blog-O-Rama which features bloggers in classic Q & A format. She says: My aim is to cover all bloggers, or at least those worthy of it, and give everyone their five minutes of fame. She claims to now write and blog mostly for fun as she concentrates full-time on her job as a manager for the Philippines one and only casino company.
