		<description>I think common sense is the best remedy and I agree with the last commenter that sunglasses really can do more harm then good.  It gives you a false sense of security and whereas squinting might have helped keep the direct light out of your eyes, sunglasses cause you to relax and leave your eyes wide open. Now in a tanning booth that is a different story--full sealed eye goggles are needed to keep all rays out. I think in the sun a simple hat works best for me.</description>
