I know the typhoon always hit Batanes. Is there a ‘best’ month to visit Batanes? Are there good hotels in the area? Are waves very strong? Any good spot for snorkling?
I wish I can take pictures as fabulous as you can.
Yup, batanes, specifically sabtang is the BESTEST place i’ve been to in the Philippines. Even the typhoons there are beautiful.
