The month to avoid are August to November. Another place to visit is Puerto Princesa City in Palawan. They have Honda bay island hopping and snrkeling. It is run by the community and the people are very hospitable. There are other attractions in Palawan like the subterrenian river, El Nido, Calauit island ans more. Have at least 2 weeks in Palawan to explore the whole island. February is a good time to visit Boracay. The month to avoid are August to November.
