Straight from the airport, we went directly to Abuhan Dos in F. Ramos Street near the Robinson’s Mall to try Nina’s Favorite Pochero. Continue Reading Abuhan Dos Restaurant : Serving Cebu’s Finest Pochero

ABUHAN – is a cebuano word for the space in your kitchen where you cook your food..
I have been coming to Abuhan since 1985 and their Pochero is still as good as ever. I can’t believe that the guys who served us way back then are still there.
We have a writer who does that. The restaurant is the first place she goes. Peggy, writes more about eating than anything else
This meal looks good. My job doesn’t include travel, but some days I wish it did.
Sizzling Pochero was GREAT!!! Once you taste it…..you will forget your name…=)
hihi.. nice shot on the pochero, looks very delicious.. and for everyone to know, its delicious too..
Me and my co workers always rush to abuhan near robinsons after a long tagay session.. just a bowl of pochero and its good for four persons already.. I enjoy it with plain rice..
at the restaurant where I worked now, chingis khan seafood restaurant and sushi bar, we have a similar type of food to this pochero, using the same part of beef bones, its called shabu shabu, its broth is plain white, cooked on your dining table and served with plenty of sidedishes and sauces.. we, here in the philippines just prefer to cook and serve it the easy way.. pochero abuhan style! more power!
Pochero looks bulalo for Ilonggos..In the Philippines one dish can be different to another region. But whether it’s a bulalo or a pochero still yummy..
This Pochero is so mouth-watering. I almost mistaken it as Bulalo because of the large bones with “Utok”. Love this dish!
