The Philippines has been a bit behind India and Thailand in promoting medical tourism, but with it’s english speaking staff and tropical climate and competitive rates it can offer many advantages - not to mention many nursing staff that have worked overseas.
I have been putting together a new website at Medical Tourism for those interested in learning more.

I have been to India and Thailand and I can tell you that both are hot spots for medical tourism. Even if you did not intend on getting a procedure done, its hard to resist when you are there because there hospitals are so nice.
