1. There is no on/off ramp at Clark. To join the highway from Angeles City you have to either drive north 3 or 4 km on MacArthur Highway (which is one of the busiest streets in the country) or join the North Luzon Tollway and still drive 3 or 4 km north and pay an extra P26 in tolls and then you go back south in the proper direction. All of this adds more than 30 minutes to the journey.

Why call it the Subic/Clark/Tarlac expressway when there is no exit in Clark. What is the point of spending billions of pesos to link our two freeport zones when one is not even linked?

It is another example of poor planning and wasted money.</description>
