Palo Leyte is one of the Municipalities in the Province of Leyte, through its leadership, Municipal Mayor Remedios L. Petilla has its vision for the children and youth to be involved in every activities and programs of the Municipal Government especially this coming Christmas Festival. Likewise to encourage them to attend formal trainings by creating fun and excitement where they are being educated, rehabilitated and enlightened.

This year’s plan is to have trainings for the youth on Paper Mache as a part of the program on Solid Waste management of the municipality. The main objective of said workshop is to have a livelihood project though paper mache and to enhance their creativity by giving them proper trainings in order to produce quality products through paper mache. In fact, we are inviting speakers or facilitators to help us materialize this project.

We in Reina Federation is looking for a trainer of Paper Mache for our children and youth association. We hope that you can help us scout for trainer in your area. We are a local NGO based in Infanta, Quezon and wanted our children and youth associations to start a small project of their own at theri own phase. Please help us find one who can help us.
