I didn’t know Cebu has beautiful beaches! I couldn’t believe that it was ranked 3rd so I googled it and found out that Malapascua and Bantayan are awesome!
The only beach I saw in Cebu was the one in Plantation Bay. The resort was amazing but the beach wasn’t. Hence, no one was swimming. hehe
I wonder if the hordes of Filipino Yahoo! users had anything to do with the rankings.

boracay…cebu…..it is the most beautiful beaches in the WORLD!also in palawan!

the philippines offer a lot (not only in one area unlike other countries) of wonderful and fantastic beaches, which include among others boracay, el nido in palawan, and malapascua and bantayan in cebu. the reason that i always go visit this country for both business and leisure. relatively affordable than other asian countries like phuket and bali and cheaper than the carribeans, hawaii, florida, and california. the philippines government should continue to reach out and encourage foreigners to visit this country.

CEBU??? There’s not even a beach there… only rocky, sharp, artificial beach in the expensive resorts… You have to travel all the way up North (3-4 hours) in order to see some beach which is nothing compared to Boracay…
Cebu city is a shithole… Now Makati is nice!
