Im not so sure if waters are already rafting friendly... Waters goes high during rainy season till feb... Its normal for everyone to be intimidated in this kind of activity but like what ive said... once you experience it. its like you have won a big battle... youll never forget it for the rest of your life... its safe.. believe me! I was on my way to Balbalasang in Balbalan, Kalinga at the time, and I needed to ask her about maps of the ancestral domain and protected area there. She was very accommodating and encouraged me to try whitewater rafting at Chico River. It seems that I might take on her offer to me pretty soon.
