I have read a lot about CI. The ex-pres. GMA mentioned CI twice in her 2 last SONAS and that she alloted P5-BILLION for the development of CI because CI, which is 4-times bigger than the already over-developed BORACAY, will be the alternative distination for those who can no longer be accommodated in Boracay.
