Carabao Island, part of San Jose town south of Romblon, is a 15-minute boat ride from the smaller island of Boracay. The island has the same white-sand beaches and pristine waters that can be found in Boracay. Surprisingly , A Korean real estate company invested in Carabao Island and they will start constructing the “Carabao Island International Airport” on July 2007. The said airport was expected to be bigger and better than the Boracay Airport. Carabao Island is now being eyed as the “Next Boracay.â€

Yes, Carabao Island is a very nice and beautiful place! I know, ’cause I was born there…..But i dont agree that it’ll be the next boracay. You know, boracay is boracay… I know, ’cause I live there ever since I was a child! Please don’t compare this two beautiful islands, they are both beautiful and nice!
