As a Filipino and a United States Marine Corps Captain, the stupidity and ignorance of those who want to keep the bells here in Wyoming, absolutely amazes me. It's accepted fact that the bells are the property of Balangiga and that they were stolen as "war trophies". If the bells were taken from anywhere within the United States of America, these soldiers would be charged with Theft and thrown in jail like the criminals that they are. For crying out loud, give the bells back already.
