Encenada’s Clubhouse sandwich

Whenever im in Puerto Galera, I always make it sure that i’ll visit Encenada Beach Resort in Barangay Palangan to eat my favorite clubhouse sandwich. Encenada is located near the town centre, 15 minute walk by the sea shore and 5 minute by a motorcycle. Clubhouse sandwich is a double-decker sandwich consisting of three slices of toast or bread between which are layers of chicken, bacon, lettuce, soft cheeze, local tomato and mayonaize. The resorts restaurant is on the 2nd floor of the main building… the overlooking veranda type of restaurant offers not so expensive freshly cooked local foods.
